I can confirm that Safari on macOS _always_ renders the navbar in two rows. Edit: Same on Chrome on macOS – maybe it's a macOS thing?
Re the version chooser, for me it still shows "Choose version" instead of the actual version number.
Thanks @drammock, I've fixed the navbar and sidebar scrollbar in #12571. I'll open a new issue to discuss the content/structure of the website.
