Cant Update from Web Interface

When I click on "Install Now" I get the following error. INSTALL FAILED: Install Failed! Local instance has files that will interfer with git pull - please manually stash changes...

is there anything to put in the config that would show the title put in the `alt` tag on the page so it is not just the icon?
