Hey, your guide helped me to install ubuntu gnome. (errors booting and shutting down are gone) I however cant get my External display to work though.
I don't know what happened, but only recently I found that there is a webcam issue! I cant access webcam through cheese. Windows is just fine! It's all about Ubuntu.

Mine is a 2016 R3 with 960m. But the bios does not show the option of USB boot, just NIC boot. Any idea what might cause the problem?
