My webcam is not working!

I don't know what happened, but only recently I found that there is a webcam issue! I cant access webcam through cheese. Windows is just fine! It's all about Ubuntu.

What do you see in 'Cheese - Preferences - Device'?

No device found that's all I get! no matter cheese, VLC, GUCviewer, none responds

These are errors in particular:
