KeepassXC is fine with me too, only have issues with birdtray.

Same here, dot icon without unread messages count. Installed through Flatpak on Fedora 37. (Zulip is the most-left tray icon)

If I'm not mistaken you also need the grammar to have syntax highlighting. I've just installed that one, but haven't really tried it: https://github.com/frozolotl/tree-sitter-typst
