Ok obviously it can run arbitrary tx, just that the cli doesn't support it for now. Not sure if any convenient way I didn't though of exists

Before release we should plan to have a backoffice that displays the current amouns of fund/insurance of each depository, total uxd out, uxd value vs collateral value in all depositories....
