This same thing happens to me too. I recently started using olauncher and really like it so hopefully this'll get fixed soon since it's quite annoying.

I can also confirm it made no difference for me.

I do like this idea however if this will be added I think there should be a more obvious way to differentiate installed from not installed apps beside the note...
