This is related to nsgminer. I had to disable it on every card inside miners.config.txt. Why can't I disable it in devices.config.txt? I tried "ExcludeMinerName": "Nsgminer", and "ExcludeMinerName": "AMD-Nsgminer", Neither...

The problem is intermittent. If I see if again, I will create a new debug file. Funny this one was created empty. Hope you don't want to debug that... :)
