The game starts lagging an awful lot once you run more than 4 or so Chromium instances. I imagine that's the motivation behind the limit.

I'm pretty sure the maximum volume is limited by the Video Services' (like YouTube) maximum volume. There's probably not a way to raise or uncap it.

Do you get the error about `undefined symbol: cupsEnumDests` both with and without the patch applied?

Does the same issue still happen with "legacy" menus that don't use CEF, like GMod's Options? Also what distro?

Interesting. It's probably a GMod issue more likely, to be honest. It could be feeding CEF the wrong mouse position, or your window manager could be doing it as well,...
