I see no "HAR" option.. I'm using chrome though.. not sure if this extension works for that.. or if it's chromium only.
Saving HAR produces a 0kb file with nothing inside of it. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.
Not sure why this is still an open issue, you can download all files by clicking in Code (left side of Issues tab) > Click green Code button > Download...
This should help. 
I can also confirm, once I disabled the plugin, discord would load. The only way I was able to find out this information was opening dev tools and clicking console...
