[Feature Request] Allow accessing the filesystem in scripts and bundle/expose the fs modules.

Please include the fs modules (fs, fs-extra) in the distribution and allow accessing the filesystem. This is needed to generate attachments from files in pre-request scripts

- Added missing ConfigureAwait(false). - Forced EF implementation of ToListAsync() instead of the X.PagedList's own new method. - Changed extension method name, because the X.PagedList has a new extension ToPagedListAsync.
