现在有个问题是在[Overflow](https://github.com/MrXiaoM/Overflow) 上似乎无法通过mirai-api-http `[POST] /uploadShortVideo` 方法获得`videoId` (`videoId`变成了base64或者文件路径)，或者说[Overflow](https://github.com/MrXiaoM/Overflow) 不支持这种传输文件的方式，而`videoId`这个参数在消息链中又似乎是必需的： "type": "ShortVideo", "videoId": "XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX", "fileMd5": "", "fileSize": 0, "fileFormat": "", "filename": "", "videoUrl": "", "thumbnailUrl": null
