I've encountered [similar issue with neo-tree](https://github.com/nvim-neo-tree/neo-tree.nvim/issues/457), where the author found a [fix](https://github.com/nvim-neo-tree/neo-tree.nvim/commit/b30a418275e748a6833996a9c655bb107aae2034). Is there any takeaway for nvim-tree?

For myself I can confirm this resolved the issue.

Cant confirm on windows, I am running it on macos.

I have the same issue using `@vitejs/plugin-react` with `react-custom-scrollbars`/`react-custom-scrollbars-2`. The issue there seems to be that it is using `React.createElement` instead of `_react3` which is used in other calls. `react-custom-scrollbars-2`...
