Just tested this in-game, seems to indeed lag more than it should. I don't think limiting exports to once every few ticks will work well because it tends to break...

I don't see a reason to use the fluid auto-filler instead of a fluid canner. Probably a better idea to deprecate or remove it entirely

Does this happen with any loot bag or LV specifically?

I assume there's one item in its loot table that causes it, will be annoying to track down but not impossible.

Can confirm, updated from 2.5.1 to 2.6.0-beta3 and my entire wireless EU network was cleared.
