The `empty-lines` rule fails if it finds more empty lines than necessary in a multiline string. In my opinion, it should not. Examples with maximum 1 empty line: `[empty-lines] too...

readSync and others functions doesn't really supports uint8array

Functions such as `readSync` do not really support Uint8Array. It would be nice to support a Uint8Array, or better yet, like Node.js, all Typed Array and DataView.

I may be wrong but FileHandle doesn't store the current position like the Node.js implementation does: for example https://nodejs.org/dist/latest-v16.x/docs/api/fs.html#fs_filehandle_read_buffer_offset_length_position ("position" parameter).
