TraitError when creating a WeightedHeatmap with sample code

I'm having a similar issue. I'm not using the default earthquake data but a different set of data from a csv file my workplace handed me.

I don't understand why host is undefined.

Please help me. I don't have all the time in the world to fix this problem.
