This needs an apitrace but I don't think this is a DXVK bug. DXVK doesn't create any windows.

Asynchronous shader compiling is a hack that isn't supported by DXVK because it's known to break games.

If that happened with apitrace and you're on Windows, it's probably not a DXVK issue. When you use apitrace on Windows, DXVK isn't used.

Fallout NV works perfectly fine for me on a RTX 3090 with DXVK.

@StarComrade Please make an apitrace of that and it doesn't even matter whether the issue shows up while you're making the apitrace.
