I tend to edit standalone configs while in home or root so I generally don't use amp in a project setting as much.

I think I would prefer something like Lua just due to its ease of embedding, it being cross platform and that we already have `run` for shell invocation.

Removed dependency on std::filesystem but more testing needs to be done to verify if this is fixed.

Tinge needs to be fixed because the custom exception stuff doesnt work on windows.

Alright so turns out using the Developer Console with MSVC works. Sometimes the output doesn't get flushed though when the binary is run.
