You are correct. This is a bug that has a work around. Disable OTP while adding the target then you can add the OTP back.

This is solved in the latest development release.

Putting a note here to check into this. The latest version should sync the fetching, but I had one case where the settings file and kvp weren't matched up properly...

Turns out, adding a repo on the controller does indeed add it/refresh it on the targets... It just doesn't refresh on the controller.

Was there any updates on this one?

Go to `Configuration->Instance Deployment` and add `Greelan/AMPTemplates:dev` if you'd like to use his version. Otherwise, it will be merged soon as scheduled wipes are possible in generic templates.
