The text saving issue will be resolved as part of the [server-side validation issue](https://github.com/ita-social-projects/StreetCode/issues/308), as it is related to formatted text amount limits

I was not able to reproduce this issue, except for the 'multiple identical requests' part. I suggest retesting it.
