`holkamodrookaa` was added to the list on 2021-04-28. I have now remove it from the list

The list grew with time, you can see the daily stats [here](https://twitch-tools.rootonline.de/known_bot_stats.php). Twitchinsights tracks different accounts, my list doesn't contain the ones displayed there as I don't care about accounts...

This is a somewhat known issue. It doesn't happen that often though. It's an issue on Twitch's end when they most likely think that the account is already blocked and...
