On arch linux it was not installed automatically as a dependency of awesomewm-git.

Same problem here with 10.5, either using foreground or background processing.

It appears that the path is hard-coded to `C:\Program Files\ESRI\OSMEditor\Bin\osm_domains.xml` which ignores the installation directory.
