更新到Edge85之后，下载时占用100%CPU

近两天把Edge更新到了`85.0.564.41`，发现下载文件时CPU占用直接飙升到100%，内存占用也是大得出奇。关闭插件后又恢复正常了。 `parallel downloading flag`打开和关闭都试过了，Edge商店和Chrome商店版本的也都试过了，问题依然存在。 换成`Chrome 85.0.4183.83`后也是正常的。 不知道有没有其他朋友遇到类似的问题。
