thanks @arpansac I am working on that as rails db:seed is throwing some errors....I will update you once I get a solution.

@arpansac executed the `rails db:seed` successfully but the issue #32 is still there !

@harsha-iiiv as mentioned in the screenshot user_roles tables has already assigned values and it is a primary key so no duplication is allowed and data already inserted so I solved...
