How it could be possible? Is there any readings with fan speed?

sorry but I can't - AFAIK there is no way to get current user data on backend side

print details are provided in event handler which is run in different thread than rest of the backend... I didn't find a way how to workaround this.

There is info about filament usage only for full, successful prints. For failures I can only calculate rough estimate based on print time. But it's definitely doable

in your history.yaml (or .bak - files are identical) you have duplicates too. that's strange because only difference is in timestamp (and smaller than 1second!). These duplicates are even visible...

can you provide your octoprint.log and plugin_printhistory_console.log ?

I couldn't find the way how upgrade your privileges so I just changed the default branch... but I don't have time to test it 😁
