我好像遇到类似的问题，我是这样的：项目在浏览器打开着，然后使用Jenkins构建发版，构建完成之后切换页面路由，如果之前未访问过这个页面，浏览器会加载对应页面的js文件，但js资源地址是上一次构建的js，js文件的hash更改了，然后就报错（和标题一样），必须要刷新页面才可以正确请求资源
