@adiaaida is working on opening an ICM with Azure DevOps to see if they can help with this issue.
This device is still working on having never completed a work item successfully. I have opened https://portal.microsofticm.com/imp/v3/incidents/details/316147646/home to have the system and attached device reimaged.
Waiting on https://github.com/dotnet/arcade/issues/10052 to be completed. Will then attach this system to the new scouting queue as the OS on the device has been updated to the latest version of...

System has been moved to the scouting queue.
I have created Azure support ticket 2203110010001681 to try and help address this.
Per information from @agocke , there is a problem with the CDN behind MCR.
After doing some additional research, we could not find any recent instances of this error. Should it occur again, we will open another issue with the MCR team
