@Seirdy: Nothing about the content, but both are products of the same [IETF working group on NTP](https://datatracker.ietf.org/wg/ntp/about/), and NTS is [a finished RFC](https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc8915.html), while Roughtime is still [unfinished work-in-progress](https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-ntp-roughtime/).
