You can't at the moment, but it's an easy PR away - to set "dht_config.listen_addr" [here](https://github.com/ikatson/rqbit/blob/main/crates/rqbit/src/main.rs#L441)
Fastresume works well, but it still rechecks some pieces at startup to detect corruption, that's why it's not instant. We can tune it further to check fewer of them.
