smashbroshax doesn't load the *hax/homebrew launcher payload on Old 3DS.

#96 - This happens because the 3DS can't download a configuration file anymore due to mtheall.com requiring a newer TLS version than the 3DS supports.

The vuln used by ctr-httpwn was fixed in 11.4, as said in the README.

even if a future update did something bad, it can always (and probably will be) be patched out very quickly.

there's also no good reason to not update.

seems I made a mistake and exefs_icon isn't actually defined if the icon is missing.

4f27733527ee4e60eae3914e7b6a44570687867a this commit should fix the error. it won't make the rom convert if the icon is missing but it should not crash at least.
