Cache `accepts` Instance in Request Methods?

From my perspective what I think is that, In a typical backend application, the `accepts` methods are generally called during the initial stages of request handling, especially for content negotiation....

Port address already in use error.

I am also facing the same issue. I had to reload with id manually.
