I'm certainly willing to do the pull request! One thing I'm wondering about. Is it necessary to have separate configurations for different accounts? Wouldn't the app work across tenants?

Adding this pull request as a placeholder. It looks like the multi-account login works. I can't test properly because one of the tentants involved doesn't grant all the required permissions...

Still seeing this issue (not due to tmp files or ranges). Has anyone managed to find a workaround?

@phrxmd not in my case, which still has to do with multi-line locations. My fix didn't get rid of the problem entirely either. I can imagine #122 is a useful...
