Webtorrent still makes itself the default app for .torrent files

Does it have to do with conflicting file handler ranks? Comparing `LSHandlerRank` for `.torrent` in `info.plist` in [Transmission](https://github.com/transmission/transmission/blob/3a96a5c316af70b16bae1ac487360c6af56a6b0d/macosx/Info.plist#L9-L26) vs. [Webtorrent](https://github.com/webtorrent/webtorrent-desktop/blob/8e86c855d3a9c782e72600c8f8f00c02e9fbb707/bin/package.js#L196-L204), they are both set to `Owner`, the highest priority.
