Please do a version bump and publish to npm

I knew #12 was solved back in May, but after circling around an obscure bug for half an hour, I realized the last 3 commits never made it to the npm registry. Npm says the package was last published on April 20.

So, could you please do a version bump and npm publish?...

Additionally, some tags/releases seem to be missing from this repo. npm registry has versions: [ '0.6.2', '0.6.3', '0.6.4' ] and here in the repo there are only tags and releases for 0.5.0 and 0.6.0.

I just manually added the tags to my fork so I can use versions > 0.6.0 with bower. Judging by the lack of the activity here this project seems somewhat neglected, maybe even outright abandoned.
