Close but no right, but the answer to this issue is "static encrypted nonce" and you will not be able to recover the keys.
That is correct, sniffing will give you the keys from the blocks of which the reader is trying to read. Not more , not less.
Is this still an issue?
Are these static keys across multiple cards?
