Environment's "Ready" state switches to "Connecting" on Control Center

I've test connection at my home network on Mac (ping container) on FastNet ISP. So, the summary is: `15110 packets transmitted, 15055 packets received, 0.4% packet loss`. [outputcable.txt](https://github.com/subutai-io/p2p/files/2075030/outputcable.txt)

Add verified parameter to list
