@orbeckst Is this to say that if no values are provided in the configuration file, we are to use the defaults in the Goct subclass?

This has not been included yet. I wanted to expand these tests after covering a few of the other steps in our workflow.

In principle, this should be possible. I added the functionality in the mdpow.equil.Simulation class. I can give it a try and let you know how it goes. On 06/06/2016 05:31...
