One thing to consider: should `Float.Extra.equalWithin 1 (1 / 0) (1 / 0)` return `True`, i.e. should infinite be considered (exactly) equal to itself? The current code will always return...

Incorporate some of the functionality from ianmackenzie/elm-float-extra?

This new package looks great and I'd love to update our code at work to use it, but it currently conflicts with the `Float.Extra` module in my own [ianmackenzie/elm-float-extra](https://package.elm-lang.org/packages/ianmackenzie/elm-float-extra/latest/) package....
