ERROR: Cannot install piper-tts==1.1.0 and piper-tts==1.2.0 because these package versions have conflicting dependencies.

I tried it on Intel Windows 10 with Python 3.11.2, 3.10.11, and 3.12.5 and this exact same error message will not go away. I then tried it with Python 3.10.12...
