List Formatting: Clicking on a child element of the `a` element does not open the linked site in the newer? Microsoft Lists

Agree this is an issue and has been an issue for weeks - every tenant - and every user once the List App interface is deployed to SharePoint Lists it...

Links do not open in Microsoft Lists App in some samples

Has there been any progress with this? It's been several weeks and it is still an issue with the Microsoft Lists update to SharePoint lists.

Actually I did notice swapping out image links for icons seems to have resolved the clicking issue in my scenario. But that shouldn't be the case.
