Not 100% sure the cause but it seems that if a job goes into the queue as "delayed", it seems to stall the queue from running and no jobs process....

### What happened? ### Description During guest checkout, when adding a new payment source and presenting customer with checkboxes for both `registerUserOnOrderComplete` and `savePaymentSource`, the payment source is not saved....
