%install_ext deprecated as of IPython >=5.0

See issue here: https://github.com/ipython/ipython/pull/8763 The stated install method using `%install_ext` will no longer work, but it's worth noting that %load_ext will still work once a magic is installed.

It should probably be mentioned in README.md that NI now has an official Python API on their Github. It can be found here: https://github.com/ni/nidaqmx-python/
