Ran into same issue, thinking if it might be possible to have an error log for when index creation fails. P.S - Discovered this issue, from the link in tests....

Same issue when trying with Node 18 and typescript 4.8.4. Perhaps related to https://github.com/inversify/InversifyJS/issues/522

Any update on this? Also, is there an API to read/write Emscripten file system?

Can you record HTTPS pages? I'm still getting SSL proxy error
