Did you ever manage to resolve this? I'm now having the same problem when I didn't before. This happens on lives that have not ended.

Post your full command and platform. It seems like you might be trying to write to your root folder. Try specifying a different path via "-output" argument. For example, "$EXTERNAL_STORAGE/Movies"...
