@armenr you need to run `amplify env checkout your-current-env-name` so that manual modifications of`backend-config.json` are taken into account.

Hey @ykethan, The issue still persists with the latest version of amplify (12.12.1). Is there at least some kind of workaround ? Is there any ETA for the fix ?
