Having the same problem on MacOS. Solved manually installing OpenCV via Brew and disabling opencv rebuild on opencv4nodejs installation.
Seems it will not work at heroku, glitch, evennode and others, because you have to pass pure tcp traffic into app from 443 port, but this hostings are proxify traffic...
