[render_math] Should we allow KaTeX as an alternative rendering option to MathJAX?

I'd be interested in having the option of using KaTeX rather than MathJax; most of the math that I want to render is quite basic, so it would be nice...

Great points, @foresto. Adding onto your point about expanding the documentation, perhaps the [Quickstart](http://docs.getpelican.com/en/3.5.0/quickstart.html) should describe the process for quickstarting a simple static site as well as quickstarting a blog?...

Move the pelican tools in a different place?

Since it doesn't seem like anyone else is actively working on this at the moment, I think I will work on migrating `pelican-import` and `pelican-themes` over to the `pelican-tools` repository...
