[Feature] extended keyword filtering

I use a tampermonkey script I wrote to hide items I do not want. It uses regex on the titles. I'll be happy to share if someone is interested.

Every python code not ported to python 3.12 does that. Therefore autorandr is affected on Fedora 39 and 40. Not a autorandr bug per se.
