Had this problem right now and i pissed off.

I got the same issue. I think it should resume blocking and now it gets stalled forever. Could you please look into this?

First, don't install as sudo, second, read the installing instructions use the --user or a virtualenv. You shouldn't ask this here

Why would you still support python 2?

Same, i got this problem. I have to ditch this installing method if it doesn't work.

My requirements file is like: ``` --index-url https://${USER}:${PWD}@${PACKAGE_URL} ./requirements.txt ``` which seems pretty incompatible with this build method
