Per-changing upstream project configuration methods, add support for reading configuration from environmental variables along with older constant definitions for backward compatibility.
Since TTRSS-Auth-LDAP is not going support password changes, all it need to do is return a 'not supported message'.
Add an option to allow untrusted LDAPS connections. This will not be enabled by default.
